Our Management Team comes with many years servicing and supporting the live music industry, allowing us to hit the ground running, easily supporting you through every stage of your event. If you are a promoter, marketer or caterer we are set up to manage the whole event or support just a small part of it.
Merchandising marquees, JAC operations tents, production villages, bars, BOS (back of stage, VIP, Green Room etc), retail village, hospitality, we have delivered it all. An outdoor concert or music festival can be a complex site, and with our meticulous planning processes we thrive on the pressures this brings.

We operate with a small but hands-on Management Team. You will have the assurance from day one there will be an experienced manager on site coordinating your event infrastructure whilst getting stuck in with the site crews.

Party At The Palace, Linlithgow
Beautiful Events and Productions with Blue Sheep Music originally came up with a concept for a new family orientated music event located in the grounds of Linlithgow Palace, West Lothian. Over the years the event has evolved into one of the best annual boutique music events in Central Scotland.
Purvis Marquees have worked alongside the event management team to supply a variety of different structures over the years starting in the historically protected grounds of the palace and then onto its current location on the other side of the loch.
Marquees supplied consisted of a fully finished VIP marquee with clear frontage looking over the main arena, sponsors marquees, first aid, artist village, backstage and kids marquees.
A fantastic family feel, music event, built on complex sites that Purvis Marquees have been proud to be part of and support over the years.

PDF Productions came up with the concept for a new family orientated music event based in West Lothian in the beautiful grounds of Linlithgow Palace. Over the years the event has evolved into one of the most popular annual music events in Central Scotland.
Purvis Marquees have worked closely with the event management team on various layouts for the event. Starting in the historically protected grounds of the palace along with all the complexities of delivering equipment over narrow bridges, with restricted delivery points, all the obstacles were overcome. In recent years the event has changed locations but only to the other side of the Loch. This move came with different challenges with the ground, and access conditions as much of the site is located in fields with steep slopes.
Marquees supplied for the event consist of variations on a 15m x 30m marquee with flooring, linings and a clear frontage looking over the main arena, a 5m pagoda press marquee, 9m x 12m sponsors marquee floored with internal divisions, 6m floored first aid pagoda, 9m x 18m artist village with connected catering section, 3m x 9m backstage marquee. One year we even supplied Glens Vodka with a sponsors marquee consisting of two 5m pagodas joined together on a high leg specially for an adult ball-pool!
