PRESTONFIELD HOUSE HOTEL

Situation

Big Blue PR had a very special client looking for a venue and suppliers to provide them with an exceptional family wedding package.

Task

Purvis Marquees were approached to provide a bespoke walkway canopy leading form the main entrance of the hotel to the stables wedding venue with an enchanted forest theme.

Action

A 6m wide by 57m long walkway canopy was installed with high legs roof linings and leg drapes, a bespoke floor and carpet were installed to the pathway and an entrance extension with custom built gates for the bride and groom to walk through.

Result

An elegant walkway from the car to the wedding venue that would set the scene for a unique wedding experience.

Big Blue PR had a very important client looking for a venue and suppliers to provide them with a once in a lifetime wedding experience. They decided that Prestonfield House Hotel would be the perfect venue but with many bespoke alterations to ensure that the whole experience was unique.

The design of a custom walkway from the hotel drop off point to the stable’s venue started to take shape with a 6m wide by 54m long walkway canopy on a high leg height, roof linings, leg drapes, a bespoke floor with carpet laid along the walkway and steps. The canopy was erected over existing hedge pyramids linings each side of the pathway. Other contractors were brought in to provide large crystal chandeliers and a custom-built entrance door.

The complete build was carried out by Purvis Marquees experienced finishers ensuring that the client was provided with a high-end finish that would suit the theme and venue perfectly. The wedding was a huge success and an extremely memorable experience for the bride, groom, their families and friends.
